Mariah Ramirez, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives from OCD and anxiety disorders. She uses a compassionate, evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), creating a safe, collaborative space for healing and growth.
Mariah specialized in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders at Rogers Behavioral Health, where she led both Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs. She treated complex cases of OCD, anxiety, and depression, and played a key role in developing a milieu-based OCD program now used across the Rogers system—expanding access to care and advancing innovative treatment models.
Mariah earned her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. Her clinical training included rotations at Tampa General Hospital, James A. Haley VA, and the Salvation Army, where she worked with diverse populations across various levels of care.
She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, and has extensive experience treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, depression, and trauma. Mariah also supports clients through life transitions and relationship challenges, offering strengths-based, empathetic care. She is honored to walk alongside clients on their journey to wellness.
