Virtual Exposure Clinics

We recognize that high-quality mental healthcare can be expensive, and we believe everyone deserves access to not just adequate, but excellent treatment. We provide top-tier care using evidence-based therapies. For those without insurance or in need of a sliding scale, we’ve developed a program that allows patients to receive exceptional care in a virtual setting while still maintaining privacy and personalized treatment plans.

The virtual exposure clinics provides privacy, as Microsoft Teams or Simple Practice are used for the sessions. The provider will conduct virtual exposures with each client individually. Clients will not be able to see other clients. While the provider is working one-on-one with a client, the others will continue focusing on their own exposure exercises throughout the entire 2-hour session. To ensure that all clients get sufficient time with their provider, we only allow 5 clients in each treatment clinic session.

A one-hour individual initial evaluation is required before admittance into our virtual exposure clinics. This evaluation costs $160 and guarantees that all participants have a diagnosis of OCD or an anxiety disorder. Unlike other programs that mix individuals with varying mental health conditions, we focus exclusively on those struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders. During the initial evaluation, the provider will also review the treatment plan, ensuring clients are prepared to actively engage in their first exposure clinic session right away. Program Schedule

The exposure clinics are currently offered on Mondays from 4pm-6pm and Thursdays from 7am-9am. This program is for those residing in Florida only. 

Program Cost

Clients are required to purchase a package of 4 treatment sessions where each session is 2 hours in duration and must be completed in 4 consecutive weeks. Each 2 hour session is $100 ($50/per hour). We try to ensure the cost is comparable to most insurance copays for specialized treatment. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, no exceptions. If a session is missed, it cannot be made up.
