Insomnia

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that makes it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep, or get restful sleep, even when you have the chance to rest. It can lead to feeling tired, irritable, or unfocused during the day. Insomnia can be short-term, triggered by stress or changes in routine, or it can become chronic, lasting for months or longer. Left untreated, insomnia can impact mood, health, and overall quality of life—but effective treatments are available to help restore healthy sleep.

Treatment involves a CBT approach called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Click here for more information.
